My name is Amy; I am a fully qualified and experienced beauty therapist. I have previously worked within a variation of different salons, both small and large. This has enabled me to gain experience within different environments. This has taught me about what a client really desires when booking a beauty treatment. I have taken away with me all the lows and highs of the businesses I have worked for and used this information to form my own business – A2B Beauty.
A2B Beauty was formed in 2016. From my experience working with both newly formed business’s and established, number of years does not equal the rating of customer satisfaction. My business is being built on strong customer service foundations and I aim to please. Because I am a independant and a small company, this allows me to pay more attention indiviudally to my clients and pass the savings on to you. Larger, commercialised and franchies companies sometimes miss those small touches which please a client, these are the touches I aim to use within my business
